Dave has more than 25 years of experience making New Haven Style Apizza. He started in 1996 with Sally's Apizza in New Haven. He then went to Chicago to assist in the opening and creation of the pizza at Piece Pizza and Brewery which still reigns as the top single location in America.

Twisted Goat is using and will be posting our local vendors! R. Hills Livestock is providing us with the freshest meat coming from East Haddam. Burr Farm will be providing many of the summer time favorites as well as potatoes for our Fries! If you have a product we can use, we'd love to feature it as well.
